Enviroscapes operates with an unwavering respect to a code of ethics and proper conduct. Honesty and excellent service is the standard that we expect from our employees, subcontractors, business partners and clients. We will not tolerate behavior that does not meet this standard.

We value our employees and recognize their importance to the success of the company. Because of the nature of our business, Enviroscapes employees are resourceful and work very hard in many types of climates. Above all else, our employees are always treated with respect.

At Enviroscapes we not only comply with laws and applicable regulations; but we also strive to conduct our affairs according to the highest ethical standards. Enviroscapes employees are honest and we are upfront with clients, vendors and subcontractors. We work hard to ensure projects are completed properly, on-time and within the budget according to the client’s wishes and the contract documents. We work safely to ensure the health and welfare of our employees, clients and the public.

We conduct our business in accordance with uncompromising ethical standards. This allows us to maintain a competitive advantage, take pride in our work and have the unwavering confidence of our employees, vendors and clients.

The company will obtain and maintain required operating and business licenses and permits, as well as all applicable certifications and accreditations. Employees, vendors and contractors must obtain and maintain all appropriate licensure or certifications required for their job responsibilities or contracts, as well.

At Enviroscapes we hire only those individuals who are authorized to work in the United States and will comply with regulations promulgated in accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and subsequent relevant legislation, including the U.S.A. Patriot Act.

Since we perform work under Federal, State and local governments, Enviroscapes is subject to a myriad of rules and regulations. The company and its employees have a duty to comply with such applicable rules and regulations including, without limitation, the Federal Acquisition Regulations; and other rules and regulations governing accounting, timekeeping, workplace behavior, safety, drug-free workforce, gratuities and conflict of interest. Every employee has a duty to report suspected non-compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
