Edward W. Blanar
CEO/Executive Vice President
Ed Blanar has over 40 years of executive level management experience. He has extensive experience in environmental and ecological restoration services, including Director-level management at a major environmental remediation firm. As CEO of Enviroscapes, he is responsible for the overall financial health of the company, client development, contract administration and support to health and safety, operations, proposals and estimating and project management services.

He is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified. He received his M.S. in Engineering from Washington State University in 1980 and his B.A. in Earth Science from Kean College of New Jersey in 1978.

Shawn W. Goodwin
President
Shawn “Sean” Goodwin has over 40 years of construction and management experience in wetlands mitigation and enhancement, streambank restoration, large scale seeding projects and specialty construction services. President of Enviroscapes Inc., since its inception in 1991, he is responsible for the management of the operations and field group personnel, and he implements and oversees all field projects.

He is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified. He received his B.S. degree in Horticulture & Turf grass Management from North Carolina State University in 1980.

Thomas E. Trapp
Vice President of Estimating
Thomas Trapp has over 30 years of experience as a Chief Estimator and Senior Project Engineer. Tom is responsible for all project estimates involving wetland restoration and mitigation, streambank restoration, erosion control measures, large-scale seeding projects and other core Enviroscapes business lines. As Vice President of Estimating responsible for developing detailed cost estimates and technical proposals. Tom also manages Enviroscapes Bristol, Pennsylvania office.

As Senior Project Engineer, responsible for Enviroscapes fuel system engineering consulting program. Responsible for fuel system compliance, equipment layout and design, preparation of specifications, materials estimating, field engineering and quality control.

Mr. Trapp has completed and is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Quality Management for Contractors. He is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified and received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 1993.

Laurie A. Baguchinsky
Controller
Laurie Baguchinsky is Enviroscapes Controller with over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting services for equipment leasing/financing and general and ecological construction. As Controller, she is responsible for accounts payable, account receivables, payroll, audit activities, coordination with our corporate accountant and banking related activities. She has a B.A. in Finance, and a minor in economics, from Boston College in 1984.

John Snowden
Senior Project Manager/Project Superintendent
John Snowden has over 25 years of remediation, construction and environmental restoration experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Superintendent. He has managed projects ranging from $25,000 to $10 Million. As Project Superintendent, he is responsible for the day to day operations of major Enviroscapes project involving wetland restoration, streambank restoration, erosion control measures, and other core Enviroscapes business lines. He has successfully managed numerous ecological and ecological restoration projects with Enviroscapes.

Mr. Snowden has completed and is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Construction Quality Management for Contractors. He is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified and received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 1988.

Brett W. Hart
Project Superintendent
Brett Hart has over 25 years of experience in general construction, environmental and ecological restoration. Brett is responsible for our large-scale ecological restoration and utility construction services to commercial, Federal, State and local government entities in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Brett is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified and received his B.S in Ornamental Horticulture and Construction from Delaware Valley College in 1989.

Daniel O’Hara
Project Foreman
Dan O’Hara has over 25 years of hands-on construction experience in environmental remediation, ecological and environmental restoration services including wetland restoration, streambank restoration, installation of erosion control measures, drill and hydroseeding services and is a heavy equipment operator. As Project Foreman, Dan directs field person on a variety of projects. Dan is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified, and has his OSHA 1910.120 8 Hour Supervisor training.

Jason Guzzi
Assistant Project Manager 
Jason Guzzi has over 15-years of experience in ecological restoration and landscape maintenance activities. At Enviroscapes, Jason is responsible for all procurement activities including plant and seed

Jason is also responsible the preparation of project plan submittals and conducts maintenance inspections for key project sites on a monthly basis. Jason is OSHA 1910.120 HAZWOPER certified and received his B.S. degree in Ecology & Natural Resources form Cool College at Rutgers- The State University of New Jersey.
